PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Float shoes play a dual role in well construction: guiding the casing into the wellbore and preventing cement backflow. Their tapered nose design facilitates smooth casing insertion, reducing the risk of damage to the wellbore or casing. Inside the float shoe, a check valve mechanism ensures that fluids can only flow downward, which is crucial during cementing operations. By preventing reverse flow, the float shoe helps maintain the proper placement of cement in the annulus, ensuring effective zonal isolation and well integrity. Float shoes are also constructed from durable materials to endure harsh downhole conditions.
