To meet these demands, we have established a manufacturing facility of 78000sq ft. This facility has modern CNC machining, fabrication and processing equipment, testing and inspection facilities, together with raw material and production storage.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Float collars are engineered to prevent the backflow of cement slurry into the casing after it has been pumped downhole. They consist of a cylindrical body with a flapper valve mechanism that permits one-way fluid flow. During cementing, the slurry passes through the float collar and into the annulus. Once pumping ceases, the flapper valve closes, preventing U-tubing of the cement back into the casing. This design ensures that the cement remains in place, creating a reliable barrier between formations. Float collars are typically constructed from high-strength materials like alloy steel and are equipped with elastomeric seals to withstand high pressures and corrosive environments.
