ADVANTAGES AND MAIN FEATURES
1- The roller centralizer consists of rigid body, on which machined spiral blades or straight blades.
2- There are modified alloy steel, fully heat treated rollers fixed on every blade.
3-Roller centralizers are mainly used for big high roller, high deviated wells and horizontal wells, to center casings.
4 -Roller Centralizers can also remove wellbore cake and improve mud replacement efficiency.
5-Low torque and drag allows for rotation and reciprocation, providing improved mud displacement and cement jobs.
