MECHANICAL STAGE COLLAR, STAGE CEMENTING TOOLS, DRILLING TOOLS

The stage collar, or stage cement injector, is mainly used in multistage cement injection and cementing projects to achieve the cementing effect through stage cement injection and solve the problem of poor one-time cementing effect.

mainly the stage collar can be divided into three types:

1- Mechanical stage collar

2- Hydraulic stage collar

3- Needless drilling stage collar

350 series mechanical stage collar

1-it can be used in vertical and slightly deviated well bores.

2- all components have brust and collapse pressure equal to or exceeding API pressure rating for the casing

3-the mechanical stage collar has the shortest length currently being manufactured in the industry which prevent the sleeves being wedged against the body due to bending

4-the stage collar body and lower is metal with metal seal, and have assisted to seal rubber and provide seal pressure integnty.
